Manager - ACA
After leaving school, Helen joined a local accountancy firm, training on the job and completing her AAT examinations. She then progressed to complete her ICAEW examinations and qualify as a Chartered Accountant.
Helen has a background in audit and accounts preparation and joined LFF in 2018 to widen her experience into general practice. Since joining LFF, Helen now overseas and manages a wide range of clients from audits of companies and charities, to management accounting and personal taxation.
Helen attends regular training courses to keep up to date with changes in accounting and taxation laws and to ensure she is best placed to advise our clients. A key area of her role is to assist and develop junior members of staff as they continue with their training.
Outside of work, Helen is a keen ice-skater, although by no means a professional! Helen also enjoys the great outdoors, being a keen walker, with one of her highlights being climbing Kilimanjaro in 2017. Helen also enjoys spending time at home with her partner and her two cats.
