Senior Accountant - MAAT
After leaving school, Ben joined a local accountancy firm, training on the job and completing his AAT examinations. Since joining LFF, he has now progressed and completed the ICAEW examinations and qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
Ben has a background in audit and accounts preparation and joined LFF in December 2021 to widen his experience into general practice. Since joining LFF, Ben has now had vast experience in management accounting, and is leading audits of companies and charities, alongside gaining experience with personal taxation.
A key area of Ben’s role is to assist and develop junior members of staff as they continue with their training.
Outside of work, Ben is a keen footballer, playing twice a week with local teams and has set up an LFF football team who participate in a local footballing league against other business firms. Ben also loves working out in the gym, which is where you will find him most of the time in the evenings. Ben also enjoys spending as much time as he can at home with his dog.
