LFF’s payroll department is founded on the simple principals of reliability, efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Managing the payroll is one of the most important functions a business has to undertake and our payroll team will help remove the pressure of ensuring that employees are paid correctly and on time.
Every client has different requirements and as a result the service that we provide is tailor made for each client. Obviously there are rules (PAYE, NIC and employment law) that need to be followed but we pride ourselves on being flexible and responsive to our clients’ needs knowing full well that not every payroll run is the same.
For each payroll that we run there is a nominated member of the LFF team who will be your point of contact for all payroll matters. She (or he) will be supported by another individual in our team but we have found that this back up is seldom needed.
We think it is important to agree the specific working procedures with each client so that the operation runs smoothly and meets the particular needs of the business. These will include not only the monthly inputs (gross pay etc) and outputs (payslips and reports for management and accounting purposes) but also the annual reports and filings that HMRC requires.
An important part of this service is to support our clients on the wide range of questions that, whilst not relating to the everyday payroll routine, are inevitably raised by businesses and their employees in relation to salaries and to pay and so on
